1. Returns policy. .As all clothing is custom made to order, to your size, colour and specifications, refunds are not offered.
For this reason, Please ensure you provide correct measurements when ordering, as well as the suitability of the garment. If you are unsure of sizing, please email for advice
2. Items may be returned once for minor alteration, where seams allow, within 7 days of receipt. Please only send clean clothing for alteration.
Customer to pay all postage costs. Please include a pre-paid envelope for the return postage.
3. If an item is faulty, or not as described, an item may be exchanged , repaired or returned within 7 days , at our descretion.
4. Fabric: Fibre content of all fabrics is given to our best knowlege, and as provided to us. If you have any preference/concerns please email for advice before placing your order.
5. Many dresses are available in a wide choice of colour options. Where no colour preference is stated, dresses will be made in the colour shown in the main photograph.

7. Shipping. All items are sent via Royal Mail 1 st class recorded delivery within the UK, and International Tracked for orders outside the UK.
8. Delivery. All items are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for or International Signed for. The Carnaby Streak has no control over delivery times or delayed post. Please allow 14 days for UK mail, or 21 days for International Mail before contacting us if your item has not arrived ( this is the time frame set out by Royal Mail). I will them contact Royal Mail to try to locate your parcel, if it cannot be traced then a replacement will be sent.
9. Customs charges. All items may be subject to customs charges by the destination country. We have no control over what these may be.
10. Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers are guarenteed for 12 months from purchase, after this date they are subject to our continued trading. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. The purchase amount must be higher than the voucher amount as change cannot be given.
