Information:

All clothing is hand-made to order in in small numbers, and are hand finished using traditional tailoring methods.

Orders are usually dispatached in 10 - 14 days (please allow longer for multiple orders)

If a dress is required for a particular date, please state this at the point of order and i will try my hardest to accomodate this.

Dress lengths: All dresses are now available in 3 lengths only (measured from shoulder to hem).

32" - 34" - 36". If no preference is given, dresses will be hemmed to a standard 34".

If you would like a longer length please email prior to ordering, this will be subject to a charge of £2.00 to cover additional yardage.

All items are available in standard and bespoke sizing. for sizing please refer to sizing chart If you are unsure of which size to order, please email for advice.

1. As all clothing is custom made to order, to your size, colour and specifications, refunds are not offered.

For this reason, Please ensure you provide correct measurements when ordering, as well as the suitability of the garment. If you are unsure of sizing, please email for advice

2. items may be returned once for minor alteration, within 7 days of receipt. Customer to pay all postage costs. Please include a pre-paid envelope for the return postage).

3. If an item is faulty, or not as described, an item may be exchanged , repaired or returned within 7 days , at the descretion of the Carnaby Streak.

4. Fabric: Due to the wide range of colours and styles offered, fabric content will vary. if you have any preference/concerns please email for advice before placing your order.

5. All designs are copyrighted. ©Angela Williams. No design or image may be copied or reproduced without the written permission.

6. International shipping. Standard International shipping rate includes online tracking and full insurance. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged, 'the Carnaby Streak' will make good any loss and replace those items.

7. Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers are guarenteed for 12 months from purchase, after this date they are subject to our continued trading. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. The purchase amount must be higher than the voucher amount as change cannot be given.

8. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

Customising your dress

Lining: dresses are only lined where specified. any dress can can be fully lined for an additional £17.00 for a sleeveless dress or £22.00 for a sleeved dress

Sleeves: sleeves can be added to any dress for an additional fee of £5.00 for short /capped sleeves, £7.00 for 3/4 length sleeves & £10.00 for long sleeves (straight or flared)

Custom orders

The Carnaby Streak welcomes custom orders. If you have a dress or pattern you would like to have made, please email to discuss. The price of course, will depend upon the fabric and work involved. I am also happy to use your own fabric to make one of my own designs, if you would like something just that little bit different!

How To Order

1. Select your size from the drop down box

2. Click on the 'ADD TO CART' button

3. Select shipping destination (UK, Europe within the EU, or Worldwide) then click on 'recalculate' This will show the total amount including shipping charges.

4. Select dress legnth from the drop down box after you have entered your address details (32"-34"36")

5. If choosing custom sizing, or you are required to enter your colour choice, please enter these in the text box on page 2 of the order form.
